An up front £200 security deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is refundable and will be transferred back to you no later than 2 weeks after your stay. Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If you’d like to pay in instalments please contact us before committing. The price you are quoted is in full and final. There will be no amendments to the price unless otherwise agreed by us. All prices are non negotiable once your deposit has been paid. Your quote is tailored to your requirements. Pool heating and BBQ Grill hire are available at an additional cost. A one time cleaning fee of £75 is included in your quote.
We have a moderate cancellation policy.
Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will incur 75% loss of all monies paid. Your £200 deposit will be refunded.
30-60 days cancellation will incur 50% loss of monies paid. Your £200 deposit will be refunded.
60+ days cancellation £200 deposit and monies paid will be refunded.
